What is included in a Whole Beef?
A Whole Beef, on average, is 500 pounds of beef with approximately 16 t-bone steaks, 16 rib-eye steaks, 16 sirloin steaks, 8 chuck roast, 8 top round roast, bottom round cubed, stew meat, 2 rump roast, 4 eye of round, flank steak, skirt steak, tri-tip, 2 brisket, short ribs, and 160-200 pounds of ground beef. This works out to 16 cubic feet of freezer space.
What is included in a Half Beef?
A Half Beef, on average, is 300 pounds of beef with approximately 12 roasts, 14 t-bone steaks, 5 sirloin steaks, 5 sirloin tip steaks, 14 rib-eye steaks, and 6 round steaks. Also included are short ribs, flank steak, stew meat, brisket, and approximately 75-100 pounds of ground beef. This works out to 8 cubic feet of freezer space.
What is included in a 1/4 Beef?
A 1/4 Beef, on average, is 120 pounds of beef with approximately 4 t-bone steaks, 4 rib-eye steaks, 1 sirloin steak, 4 chuck roasts, and 3 additional roasts. Also included are short ribs, flank steak, stew meat, and approximately 40-50 pounds of ground beef. This works out to 3-4 cubic feet of freezer space.
Can we customize the way that our beef is cut?
Customized cuts are available for Whole and Half beef orders. Limited customization may be available if a 1/4 beef is ordered in conjunction with other customers.
Do you deliver?
Delivery is available within the state of Oklahoma for an additional cost based on quantity ordered and distance.
