Grass-finished cattle are never fed grain. They spend their entire lives grazing a rotating mix of grasses and legumes on pasture—including species we’ve specifically introduced for their nutritional value and resilience.

A leaner cut with a deep, earthy flavor
A strong nutritional profile, rich in omega-3 fatty acids, CLA, and vitamin E

📚 A 2010 study in the Nutrition Journal found that grass-finished beef contains significantly more omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants compared to conventional grain-fed, feedlot-finished beef.
